The Kitchen Cleaning Module provides a complete, professional-grade approach to cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen areas from top to bottom. This course trains cleaning professionals to identify problem areas, select the correct supplies, and follow a structured process that delivers a spotless, safe, and polished kitchen environment.

The module emphasizes the order of operations—starting from ceiling fixtures and cabinets, progressing through appliances, countertops, and sinks, and finishing with floors and final touch-ups.

Key topics include:
- Initial Assessment: Identify high-priority areas such as light fixtures, vents, cabinets, appliances, and flooring.
- Top-Level Cleaning: Remove cobwebs and dust from ceilings, vents, and fixtures using ladders and safe equipment handling.
- Cabinets & Drawers: Clean both upper and lower cabinets, including interiors, handles, and hardware using warm soapy water and degreasers.
- Appliances: Thoroughly clean and sanitize the refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, and dishwasher. Learn to safely remove and wash detachable parts.
- Sinks & Countertops: Use non-scratch pads and appropriate cleansers to remove grime, hard water stains, and residue.
- Floors & Baseboards: Sweep, mop, and polish flooring with approved cleaners, working from the far end of the kitchen to the exit for efficiency.
- Final Touches: Conduct a professional inspection, polish stainless steel and glass surfaces, spray air freshener, and ensure all waste and dirty towels are properly disposed of.
